ABOUT THE ROLE
Hi, I'm Aurobind https://www.linkedin.com/in/aurobind-ravichandran/, Head of IT, Systems and Data at Jane. I joined recently and am excited to tackle complex, high-impact problems, from evolving our architecture to building the operating models and systems that help Jane scale.
Our BI team is central to how Jane understands and grows its business. We partner across Marketing, Sales, Support, Finance, Partnerships, and Product to turn billing, CRM, product, and support data into trusted insight.
You’ll help shape the foundations that make this possible: scalable data platforms, strong governance, reliable models, and a more self-service, AI-augmented analytics experience. If you enjoy solving hard technical problems with company-wide impact, this role has real leverage.
WHAT IMPACT WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU TO MAKE
- Build and operate the core BI platform that powers reporting, analytics, self-service, and AI across Jane.
- Own data ingestion, integration, and platform architecture, making thoughtful trade-offs as our systems evolve.
- Build and maintain enterprise data models, reusable business logic, and semantic layer definitions that serve as the founda
