The Sr. Technical Lead will act as a bridge between our Global Data & Insights team mostly based in Toronto and Manulife Global Solutions (MGS) in the Philippines. The role will lead reporting and data initiatives for various stakeholders including Senior Leadership and collaborating with our partners in MGS including the Reporting Center of Excellence. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to promote self-serve reporting and drive operational improvements using data. Additionally, you will implement automation and workflow improvements to advance data-driven programs we deliver as a team. Position Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders, senior leaders, and other data professionals to design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions Lead the collection, validation and reporting of KPIs and metrics for various forums including monthly operational reporting for senior leadership. Develop and maintain team documentation when solutioning for data and workflow improvement projects.
