Position Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders, senior leaders, and other data professionals to design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions Lead the collection, validation and reporting of KPIs and metrics for various forums including monthly operational reporting for senior leadership. Develop and maintain team documentation when solutioning for data and workflow improvement projects. Partner with multi-functional teams to promote self-serve reporting and enable citizen developers through consultation and knowledge transfer. Implement automation and workflow improvement solutions via Microsoft Power Platform tools to assist in the overall team mandate of operationalizing data decision making tools via Power BI. Stay up-to-date with data and business analysis standard methodologies and emerging trends in data-decision-making-tool development/design. Required Qualifications: 6+ years of progressive experience providing operations support in an analyst capacity.
