, India Job Family Group: Petroleum Engineering Worker Type: Regular Posting Start Date: September 1, 2026 Business Unit: Integrated Gas Experience Level: Experienced Professionals Job Description: What’s the role The Sr Team Lead – Reservoir Engineering is a leadership role in the Reservoir Engineering Function of TAS (Technical Asset Support) responsible for building, coaching and sustaining a high performing team that can support various assets for RE activities, especially around Shell Reserves and Resource Reporting applications and workflows, with Resource One (Rs1) being the Group Ledger for reporting hydrocarbon resource volumes and the single integrated system for recording, managing & reporting Shell Petroleum Resources, forecast and HCM data capturing OP (Operating Plan) and ARPR (Annual Review of Petroleum Resources). This role includes the responsibility of coordinating the Rs1 Workflow Consultancy (WfC) activities to support the Shell assets across the globe.
