Insure all loan documents have been received, or otherwise waived prior to the loan booking process. The Commercial Loan Coordinator will also make sure that the proposed transaction is in compliance with Credit Policy. The Commercial Loan Coordinator will track outside loan exceptions and will insure that all necessary documents are properly recorded and delivered to the Bank in a timely manner.
