In this role, you will shape scalable, maintainable, and upgrade-compatible architecture that supports customer, digital, operational, and integration capabilities. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders, delivery teams, vendors, and system integrators to modernize service layers, guide solution decisions, and reduce technical debt across a complex SAP CIS environment. What You Will Do Lead end-to-end SAP IS-U / S/4HANA Utilities solution architecture across the Meter-to-Cash lifecycle, including Customer Service, Billing, FICA, Device Management, and related CIS capabilities.
