GAQ128R88 As a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst on the Comp Admin team, you will run commissions administration from start to finish for a large global group of sellers, so they can trust that they are paid accurately and on time. You will own a large payee portfolio with no supervision needed, from plan rollout through calculation, payroll, and follow-up support. You will catch issues before they reach the field and keep every step audit-ready. You will also use AI and automation every day to make our work faster, more accurate, and easier to scale as Databricks grows. The impact you will have: Own commissions administration for a large payee portfolio with no errors: user setup, plan distribution, input processing, calculation, and payment. Deliver plan rollout and payout accurately and on time every cycle, including tracking ICPW acceptance and preparing data that feeds payroll and accounting deadlines. Resolve payee and partner questions quickly and fully, so issues are settled the first time without escalations. Run rep training and enablement sessions as needed.
