This role is operational and hands-on—responsible for workshops, fit-gap analysis, sandbox builds, and testing to ensure successful deployment of new processes and tools. The role requires strong collaboration with the Program Team and cross-process workstreams, ensuring integration and alignment across architecture, data, controls, and reporting. Additionally, the role will lead documentation efforts and support Change & Engage activities to drive adoption.
