This role requires strong technical and systems knowledge to review and analyze data, ensure transactional accuracy, and maintain a high standard of client service. In addition, the role supports the day-to-day efficiency of the unit, identifies opportunities to streamline existing processes, and contributes to key initiatives related to regulatory change, system enhancements, and operational readiness.
