Description The Specialist, Employee Relations is responsible for designing, documenting, implementing, and continuously improving Employee Relations (ER) processes, tools, and frameworks to support the transition of operational activities to HR Business Operations (GSO). This role helps enable the Employee Relations Centre of Expertise (CoE) to scale globally by ensuring ER processes are clearly defined, standardized, documented, and transferable across regions. Initially focused on process design, operational excellence, and documentation, the role may evolve to provide increased advisory support on employee relations matters and more complex cases over time.
