We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing AI organization in Vancouver. Asana is pioneering a new category of technology as the human-agent operating system, doubling down on our AI Suite to turn manual work into scalable, intelligent systems. We are hiring software engineers across several of our core AI teams, ranging from the platform foundations and runtime infrastructure powering autonomous agents, to the trust, evaluation, and observability systems that ensure safety and governance, to the high-impact product surfaces enabling users to build and run AI-orchestrated workflows. Because we are hiring for multiple teams, you will interview through a centralized interview process, and we will undergo a team matching process at the end. This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
