As an Intermediate Software Developer, Mid-Market at 7shifts, you'll be one of the founding engineers on our mid-market squad - the team responsible for building the foundational systems that serve restaurant groups with real complexity: multiple locations, layered permissions, and the need for rollup visibility across their entire operation. You're a full-cycle builder, taking features from technical design to deployment, owning your work end-to-end and making pragmatic technical decisions that ship. You'll work closely with a product counterpart, the data team, and report into a Director of Software Development. AI is part of the toolkit here — you use it actively, you know when to reach for it, and you hold the bar on what ships. The work is greenfi
