⠀ Description Lead the Training Centre Operations (TCO) team within the Defence & Security unit, overseeing a training centre providing operational and maintenance support to DND in Gagetown, NB. Manage and lead a team of 12+ employees delivering In-Service Support (ISS) for the CH146 simulator. Ensure all required resources, tools, and capabilities are in place to meet contractual obligations. Deliver maintenance and customer support services that meet or exceed contractual requirements, while respecting scope, budget, and schedule constraints. Act as a key point of contact for the Technical Authority, local squadrons, third-party contractors, and partner agencies regarding ISS operations. Collaborate with the Technical Authority on maintenance activities, including implementation of updates, refurbishments, and modifications. Interface with customers to resolve complex operational issues and ensure timely resolution of needs. Lead the implementation of Quality Management, Environmental Health & Safety, and Business Continuity programs at the site.
