About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced ServiceNow HAM / CMDB Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing management of Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Discovery, and Configuration Management capabilities within a ServiceNow environment. The successful candidate will work closely with IT Operations, Asset Management, Infrastructure, and Service Management teams to improve asset visibility, data quality, governance, and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices, particularly across IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). Key Responsibilities: Support the administration and continuous improvement of ServiceNow HAM, CMDB, and Discovery capabilities. Configure, maintain, and optimize Discovery schedules and patterns to ensure accurate Configuration Item (CI) population. Maintain CMDB data quality, integrity, governance, and compliance standards. Assist in managing hardware assets across the complete lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement. Work with infrastructure and application teams
