About the Role Accenture is seeking talented ServiceNow Engineers to join our growing Technology team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about digital workflow automation, IT Service Management (ITSM), and enterprise platform development. As a ServiceNow Engineer, you will work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, enhance, and support ServiceNow solutions that improve operational efficiency, employee experience, and business service delivery. You will have the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale implementations while building expertise across various ServiceNow products and modules. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows in alignment with business and technical requirements. Build and enhance solutions across ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Service Catalog. Develop custom applications, integrations, scripts, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and automation solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with bus
