Assist in ensuring that the Manulife Funds’ securities are valued at fair market value by addressing pricing exceptions in accordance with the Securities Valuation Group’s daily checklists, the Funds’ Valuation Policies and Procedures, and standard operating procedures. In addition, support the fair valuation process, specifically relating to the research, analysis, documentation and reporting of fair valuation recommendations. The Senior Valuation Analyst II researches valuation exceptions and identifies supporting documentation relating to valuation exceptions. The role also identifies issues which may require fair valuation by the Pricing Committee and makes recommendations on how to fair value certain securities for review by a Director before presentation to the Pricing Committee for consideration.
