The Global Compliance Testing Team is seeking a Senior Tester to support our US Segment. This role is responsible for executing second line of defense compliance testing and evaluating control effectiveness across a variety of business areas. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in performing testing procedures and analyzing results. You will work closely with business and compliance partners to assess controls, identify issues, and support remediation efforts. Position Responsibilities : Execute risk-based compliance testing engagements, including walkthroughs, sample selection, and detailed testing procedures Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of key controls through hands on testing Document testing activities, evidence, and conclusions in the company GRC platform (e.g., Archer or similar) Test adherence to internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements relevant to the business. Analyze testing results to identify control deficiencies, exceptions and emerging risks. Document findings and draft testing reports summarizing procedure performed, results and issues identified.
