Senior Technical Program Manager Position Responsibilities: Lead medium-to-large technology programs and projects Coordinate local and offshore development teams and manage external vendors Drive cross-squad and cross-functional initiatives within the Hong Kong business Ensure successful delivery against timelines, scope, and business objectives Work closely with business units, technology teams, and senior leadership Influence decision-making and align stakeholders on priorities and outcomes.
