We're hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Asana's push into agentic work management — building the programs that let AI teammates plan, execute, and orchestrate work alongside humans . You'll drive initiatives spanning the Asana Work Management Platform which enables human-AI collaboration workflows, partnering with teams across R&D and the business to deliver exceptional customer outcomes . This role requires technical depth and business acumen with strong collaboration skills to orchestrate work across Engineering, Product, Design, Research, and Business teams . This role is based in our Vancouver or New York office with an office-centric hybrid schedule . The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday . Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays . Working from home on Fri days depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner . What you’ll achieve Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs that advance Asana's agentic work management capabilities — from onboarding and task delegation to multi-agen
