Job Description What is the opportunity? A Senior Technical Analyst provides technical assistance, which is similar to that of a Technical Analyst, but with broader technical knowledge and qualifications across all service lines including but not limited to Non-trade, Trade, mobile, Techbar, VIP and Audio Video systems across all lines of business (LOB) and locations. The Analyst will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues ensuring a smooth operation of end user systems. This is a permanent, full-time role and requires 4 days in the 34-42 avenue Raymond Poincaré, Paris office. What will you do? Proactively identify and resolve problems, including root cause analysis, serving as the point of contact for escalations and complex issues. Contribute to and maintain policies, procedures, and operational documents to enhance efficiency. Lead or participate in IT projects and initiatives to ensure timely delivery. Drive process improvements, automation, and service optim
