MIM Asia Vendor Management provides regional governance and oversight across the third-party lifecycle for asset and wealth management operations in Asia. As a Senior Specialist, you will lead complex vendor governance, third-party risk, contract remediation, commercial support, and cross-functional initiatives across multiple markets. The role offers the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders and strategic service providers, contribute to regional initiatives, and help shape Vendor Management governance and operating practices across MIM Asia. Position Responsibilities Lead or coordinate onboarding, due diligence, periodic reviews, risk assessments, control reviews, issue remediation, renewals, and exit planning. Interpret third-party risk requirements, clarify ownership, coordinate control functions, and maintain auditable records of decisions, approvals, evidence, and follow-up actions. Coordinate contract amendments, security schedules, statements of work, fee schedules, renewals, onboarding activities, and execution workflows.
