As a Senior Software Developer, Mid-Market at 7shifts, you'll be one of the founding engineers on our mid-market squad — the team responsible for building the foundational systems that serve restaurant groups with real complexity: multiple locations, layered permissions, and the need for rollup visibility across their entire operation. You'll work closely with a product counterpart, the data team, and report into a Director of Software Development. The work is greenfield in the places that count.
