The indiviual will support a broad range of ServiceNow capabilities, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), platform development, integrations, automation, and workflow. A key focus of this role will be supporting the continued development and evolution of our ServiceNow-based asset and inventory management capabilities.
