Our Bulgarian Technology team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join our SAP practice and contribute to complex, large-scale international transformation projects.
The role is open for Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, and Ruse.
What you’ll do
As a Senior SAP ABAP Developer, you will take ownership of complex SAP development topics and work closely with functional consultants, architects, client stakeholders, and international delivery teams.
You will:
- Design and develop scalable SAP solutions across complex transformation projects.
- Take ownership of ABAP developments, enhancements and integrations from requirements through implementation.
- Work closely with functional consultants, architects and client stakeholders to define technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Contribute to technical design, development standards and best practices.
- Support testing, deployment and stabilization activities.
- Mentor other developers and share technical knowledge across the team.
What we’re looking for
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development within complex implementation or transformation projects.
- Solid knowledge of ABAP Objects, Enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits, RFCs/BAPIs and SAP development tools.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ABAP on HANA.
- Knowledge of CDS Views, OData services and SAP integration concepts is an advantage.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Experience working directly with clients and international teams.
- Strong communication skills and professional working English.
- Ability to take technical ownership and guide less experienced developers.
