The team manages the national foreclosure and power of sale process for all defaulted residential mortgages referred by CIBC’s Client Account Management collection team. As a Senior Relationship Officer, Secured Recovery you’ll be responsible for mitigating CIBC’s losses on Residential Mortgage defaults. You’ll be managing the end-to-end relationship with external business partners including lawyers, paralegals, law clerks, and property managers to ensure achievement of Recovery Operations’ business objectives.
