Senior Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) Officer - Infrastructure and Resettlement Sites Position Description Kibali Gold Mine is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Senior RAP Officer - Infrastructure and Resettlement Sites to support the ARK Project mine expansion feasibility study. The Senior RAP Officer - Infrastructure and Resettlement Sites will support the development of the Resettlement Action Plan for the ARK Project mine expansion feasibility study, with specific focus on infrastructure requirements, host site readiness, land access, resettlement site planning, Project Affected Persons (PAPs) engagement and early-stage RAP execution planning. The role will coordinate closely with the Social Team, Engineering, Survey/GIS, Environment, Legal, Government Relations and external consultants to ensure that resettlement planning is compliant with DRC legal requirements, IFC Performance Standard 5 and company standards.
