Job Description What is the opportunity? The Strategic Execution team within the Chief Legal and Administrative Office (CLAO) plays a critical role in driving enterprise-level initiatives requiring cross-business and cross-functional project delivery. We are seeking a high-performing and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team to lead the delivery of enterprise-wide strategic and regulatory initiatives. This role enables business-driven transformation by fostering effective project governance and driving the delivery of meaningful outcomes that align with RBC’s long-term strategic objectives. Please note, this is hybrid role. The expectation is that the incumbent will work a minimum of 4 days in the office. What will you do? Develop key relationships within the Business and Functions across RBC to execute on project deliverables, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and fostering collaboration across stakeholders Lead and facilitate working groups with cross-functional teams to deliver results, triage issues, and drive progress on enterprise-level initiatives, ensuring effective coordination and accountability Contribute to senior management materials preparation
