Job Description What is the opportunity? As a Senior Product Manager for Wires & ACH at RBC Wealth Management, you will lead the evolution of our payment transfer capabilities within the high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client ecosystem. Your mission will be to deliver a seamless, "private bank" product & digital experience for domestic and international wire transfers and ACH payments that integrate with the firm’s total wealth management platform, enabling clients to manage their operational cash with the same sophistication as their investment portfolios. What will you do? Product Strategy & Vision Define the multi-year roadmap for Wire and ACH products, prioritizing features that reduce friction in domestic and international money movement Benchmark RBC's Wire and ACH capabilities against traditional competitors and fintech disruptors to ensure market-leading client experience Advocate for "Total Wealth" visibility, ensuring clients can view and move cash across brokerage and banking accounts effortlessly through optimal payment methods Execution & Feature Delivery Lead modernization of domestic and international payment transfer capabilities (Fedwire, SWIFT
