You'll be joining as our Senior Product Designer to own the Generosity experience — the part of our product that gives players tangible value back and real opportunities to increase their winnings, spanning Price Boosts, Profit Boosts, SuperSub and SuperAdvantage. This is a broad, high-leverage area connected to the Player team, covering both the core betting/transactional experience and Offer Presentation — making it one of the most commercially significant and strategically visible areas of our product. This isn't a "receive a brief and execute" role: we need someone who can help shape the roadmap and hold their ground with great UI and connect with marketing and brand stakeholders when their input doesn't serve the customer experience.
