Job Description & Summary About the team Our Prague-based team works closely with PwC Germany as a nearshore consulting hub supporting large-scale transformation initiatives in the financial services sector. We combine strong German language skills, consulting expertise, and deep understanding of banking, insurance, and investment services. While fully integrated with PwC Germany, you will also be part of the Czech Technology Consulting practice and have opportunities to contribute to initiatives across both countries. About your manager Romana Mrazova is a Technology Consulting Manager with a background in IT project management, digital transformation and product development. With over eight years of consulting experience, she brings expertise in technology project delivery and leading cross-functional teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery. She enjoys collaborating closely with engineering teams and working across different cultures, having lived and worked in Germany and China.
