THE WORK: Support program and project governance by maintaining RAID logs, monitoring milestones and deliverables, tracking actions, coordinating governance meetings, and managing change requests. Analyze project schedules, identify dependencies across workstreams, and help ensure successful delivery through effective planning and coordination. Prepare status reports, KPI and SLA analysis, Steering Committee materials, and communications for management and key stakeholders.
