Responsibilities: Develop and maintain performance analytics tools, including the Senior Loan Sylvan performance IRR module using Python. Design, enhance, and deliver Power BI reporting solutions that provide meaningful insights for Investment, Fund Valuation, Performance, and Client Reporting stakeholders. Build and support centralized SQL database capabilities for private markets data, including automation of Power BI report generation. Lead and coordinate automation initiatives, including the Bloomberg Port/Aladdin upload process, to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Support daily performance data validation and compliance processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting. Qualifications: University degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field; CFA candidacy or designation is considered an asset. Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
