Reporting into the Senior Talent Management Lead, we are looking for a Senior People Scientist to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will use rigorous scientific methods to advance how StackAdapt defines, measures, and acts on talent data, and the applied skill to turn it into working tools that support better decisions across the organization. You will own critical company-wide programs, partner with senior leadership, and help us scale the people infrastructure that supports all StackAdapters. This role partners closely with People Business Partners, People Analytics, Total Rewards, and senior leaders across all business functions. You will serve as the scientific backbone for programs th
