Job Description & Summary We are seeking a highly accomplished and entrepreneurial corporate finance professional to join our leadership team as a Senior Manager. This individual will play a key dual role: - providing market coverage working in the relationship role for our key clients in Uzbekistan and proactively originating new business by building deep client relationships and creating transaction opportunities and - ensuring excellence in deal execution. The ideal candidate combines sharp strategic thinking, flawless execution, and the ability to engage senior clients with conviction and insight. Key Responsibilities 1. Origination & Relationship Building Proactively engage with CEOs, CFOs, private equity firms, and family business owners to identify potential mandates Develop a pipeline of actionable ideas that solve client needs and create value Initiate strategic dialogues with clients — not waiting for inbound interest but creating the opportunity Represent the firm in the market with credibility, integrity, and commercial sharpness 2. Strategic Thinking & Market Insight Monitor sectors of focus to identify trends, potential deal themes, and market gaps Generate thought le
