- Lead cross-functional governance and coordination across Technology & Operations, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Data, Communications, Audit and business stakeholders.
- Identify and manage cross-program dependencies, risks and issues, escalating material decisions and execution risks to senior leadership with clear recommendations and paths to resolution.
- Develop executive-level reporting and communications that clearly articulate transaction status, key decisions, risks, dependencies and readiness for senior executives and governance forums.
- Facilitate complex decision-making across business and technology stakeholders, balancing transaction objectives, technology constraints, risk, cost and operational considerations.

- Conduct transaction retrospectives and apply lessons learned to strengthen execution approaches for current and future transactions.
- Drive continuous improvement of M&A tooling and processes, identifying opportunities to simplify execution, improve transparency and strengthen portfolio-level governance.
- Ensure transaction activities align with Enterprise risk, regulatory, security and compliance requirements.
- Operate effectively in time-sensitive transaction environments, including periods requiring accelerated decision-making and execution outside normal business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
