Job Description What is the opportunity? The Strategic Execution team within the Chief Legal and Administrative Office (CLAO) plays a critical role in driving highly visible, enterprise-level transformation initiatives providing thought leadership and collaborating with senior leaders to contribute to strategic objectives and the clear path to execution excellence. We are seeking a high-performing and motivated leader to join our team to lead the delivery of enterprise-wide strategic and regulatory initiatives. This role enables business-driven transformation by fostering effective project governance and driving the delivery of meaningful outcomes that align with RBC’s long-term strategic objectives. What will you do? Partner with business stakeholders to assess needs, identify optimization opportunities and execute on program deliverables, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and fostering collaboration across stakeholders Lead and facilitate working groups with cross-functional teams to shape strategic direction, triage issues, and drive progress on enterprise-level initiatives, ensuring effective coordination and accountability Contribute to senior management materials
