As a key leader within the Enterprise Architecture team, you will have the unique opportunity to help shape and grow the technology architecture and strategy function. You will work closely with clients to develop forward-looking roadmaps and innovative solutions that directly drive their business transformation and success.
In this role, you will contribute to setting the strategic direction for client architectures, lead high-impact projects, cultivate strong senior client relationships, and mentor the next generation of technology leaders.

Your Profile
- At least 8 years of professional experience in technology operations and application architecture/solution architecture, with a strong focus on designing scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Proven experience in one or more relevant domain areas (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail, etc.), understanding domain-specific challenges and technology needs.
- Hands-on experience with modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture, API design).
- An understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and/or on-premises infrastructure.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and the ability to evaluate their applicability to business challenges.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to architectural roadmaps and align solutions with strategic business goals.
- A strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen, enabling you to design solutions that align closely with client goals and deliver measurable business value.
- Experience collaborating directly with clients or internal stakeholders to co-create technology roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for staying current on emerging technologies and industry trends, and the confidence to challenge the status quo.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and balance technical considerations with practical constraints.
- A track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement in architecture and delivery practices.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including mentoring junior team members and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
