The role can be located in Montreal, Canada, or in any relevant location within Europe. We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking leader to establish and lead CAE's Safety & Quality Intelligence capability. This role will transform fragmented Safety and Quality data into actionable intelligence that supports decision-making, risk management, operational excellence, and regulatory confidence. Working across Operations and the Civil and Defense & Security business units, the successful candidate will lead the consolidation and standardization of Safety and Quality analytics, establish enterprise-wide metrics and reporting frameworks, and help shape the future Global Safety & Quality Intelligence Platform. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with strong analytical expertise and is comfortable engaging with senior executives while building foundational processes and capabilities.
