Job Description What is the opportunity? As a senior process owner and subject matter expert, you will lead the governance and oversight of large, multi-year process transformation programs supporting Cash, Cheques and Payments ensuring effective program delivery and cross-pillar alignment. You will be the orchestrating lead between executive sponsors, business leaders, and operational teams, coordinating complex initiatives that drive organizational transformation. You will manage large transformational projects in Cash, Cheques and Payments and direct various stakeholder groups to deliver enterprise-wide transformation benefits while managing stakeholder priorities, program health, and strategic alignment across competing business objectives. This pivotal role combines strategic vision with hands-on operational expertise, positioning you to drive organizational excellence through process optimization, artificial intelligence, automation and advanced reporting and data analytics.
