To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What you'll be doing As part of the Global Operational Risk Management (GORM) team, you’ll join the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Program team and report to the Director, Operational Risk Program. In this role, you’ll provide leadership and support across program requirements, process improvements, system design and implementation, reporting and data analytics, and change and project management. You’ll contribute to the development of the program strategy, ensuring it aligns with regulatory requirements as well as GORM’s and CIBC’s broader business priorities. You’ll guide stakeholders through training, communication, and ongoing program support to drive consistent execution and strong program adoption. You’ll also provide subject matter expertise on g
