Job Description What is the Opportunity? Senior Manager Operational Risk / IT Risk and Compliance is responsible for supporting the management of Operational Risk and Technology / Cyber Risk supporting the broader Payments Technology Portfolios (including High Value Payments, Real Time and Core Payments, Trade Cash and Cheque) . This role entails collaborating with peers and cross-functional risk teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risk profiles. Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on risk, technology, and compliance metrics, as well as leading initiatives to promote risk, security, and compliance awareness within respective portfolios. The incumbent will be a leader who will architect and automate our risk management ecosystem, transforming manual processes into intelligent, data-driven workflows that unlock operational efficiency and enable our teams to focus on strategic risk insight.
