This role is designed for an experienced model validation leader with deep expertise in AML and Fraud risk domains who can provide rigorous oversight of complex models, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure adherence to evolving regulatory expectations. As a trusted enterprise advisor, you will shape model risk management practices, drive strategic validation activities, and play a key role in protecting the bank and its customers from emerging financial crime risks. The successful candidate will bring demonstrated Senior Manager-level experience leading the validation of AML and/or Fraud models within a financial services environment. Experience applying model risk management principles, independent model validation methodologies, and regulatory expectations specific to financial crime risk management is strongly preferred.
