The Manulife Global Marketing AI Team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior GenAI Scientist with a strong focus on developing end-to-end AI models and solutions to accelerate and optimize sales and marketing efforts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Data Scientists, BI Specialists, Sales and Marketing Leaders, and IT partners to execute AI and Advanced Analytics initiatives that will shape the future of our business. The team implements a wide range of traditional ML models as well as cutting-edge LLM/Agentic approaches. As a Senior GenAI Scientist, you will lead the development and deployment of innovative approaches to optimize existing and new AI systems, unlocking their full potential to drive maximum business value. This position is available in Singapore or Hong Kong.
