Job Description What is the opportunity? The Senior Manager, Forecast Delivery leads the strategic development and delivery of forecasting capabilities within Workforce Management Optimization (WMO). You will be a key collaborative partner in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement of all next-generation forecasting deliverables, including Monthly Capacity Reviews (MCRs), transforming operational data into actionable insights that enable accurate capacity planning, optimal staffing decisions, and strong operational performance. You will champion the delivery of high-quality forecasting models and routines while partnering with data and workforce teams to ensure all deliverables meet business requirements and are successfully communicated to stakeholders. Your strategic leadership will drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, data quality, and model performance. What will you do?
