Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, you'll serve as the firm's compensation subject matter expert and lead the development, implementation and evolution of compensation programs, frameworks and processes that support our people strategy and business objectives. This role combines deep technical compensation expertise with strategic thinking, strong business acumen and stakeholder influence. You'll partner closely with Human Capital leaders, business leaders and key stakeholders to provide trusted advice, drive enterprise-wide compensation initiatives, and ensure compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, scalable and compliant in a rapidly evolving workforce and regulatory landscape.
