Job Description What is the opportunity? The Senior Manager, Client Onboarding and Risk Management will join a National Office business banking product team and will be accountable for the execution and delivery of Commercial Banking’s High Risk Client program. You will support the development of programs, policies and procedures as it relates to client onboarding and account opening for higher risk business clients. This will be an 18 month fixed-term contract position covering a maternity leave. What will you do? Manage the Business High Risk Client portfolio, including developing policies and processes around onboarding and maintenance/monitoring of High Risk Client types and segments. Ensure the High Risk Client program is compliant with AML laws and regulations while minimizing the potential impact on our clients. Lead and conduct client onboarding requests and remediation activities to ensure ongoing assessments of risk appetite and partnering with Enterprise AML on their HRC programs.
