Job Description What is the Opportunity? As part of a major payment modernization initiative, Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager to lead a team of backend developers while actively contributing to code development for our next-generation payment engine. In this dual-role position (50% people leadership, 50% hands-on development), you will manage and mentor your team while personally designing and building critical components of a robust, scalable, and resilient backend system.
