Position Responsibilities: Deliver quality training to the developed training programs, align with the need-based selling concepts in new agent training Take ownership of training program and responsible for the quality of training delivery Monitor the effectiveness of the programs Identify and assess the training needs analysis of the agency force Develop programs that address specific business needs Play an active role in promoting the communication channel with managers and collect feedback on training program Lead projects when required; Play a highly collaborative role in cross-department projects Required Qualifications: University graduate with training and insurance professional qualifications Professional qualification on financial planning is preferred Track record in developing and executing successful training programs Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation
