Job Description & Summary About the team Our Czech team, mainly based in Prague, works closely with PwC Germany as a nearshore consulting team supporting transformation projects in the financial services sector. We bring together strong German language capabilities, consulting skills, and understanding of banking, insurance and other FS domains. We have been fully & seamlessly integrated with PwC Germany but you will also be part of the Czech technology consulting team and will have the opportunity to be involved in activities in both countries. About your manager Romana Mrazova is a Technology Consulting Manager with a background in IT project management, digital transformation and product development. With over eight years of consulting experience, she brings expertise in technology project delivery and leading cross-functional teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery. She enjoys collaborating closely with engineering teams and working across different cultures, having lived and worked in Germany and China. She had led several product deliveries from idea to production. In her new role at PwC, she leads and grows the Technology Consulting team serving German-speaking markets.
