Senior IT Business Analyst, GA Delivery We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to support Manulife’s General Account (GA) operations across Asia by translating business strategy into technology solutions. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise and strong stakeholder management to lead and implement solutions. Collaborating with the Head of GA Investments Asia COO Team and various Operations and Technology groups, this individual will execute prioritized initiatives to support the expansion of the GA Asia business and its technology transformation from end-user tools to modern technology platforms. Position Responsibilities: Partner with GA stakeholders (Investments, Asset Liability Management, Treasury, Finance, Risk) to analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows for Asia markets. Manage backlog, stakeholder communication and lead end-to-end delivery for GA-related technology, collaborating with global teams for centrally managed systems.
